Tracey Holloway

Tracey has built a career as an Environmentalist at the international, federal and state level. At Ho‘olaulima Government Solutions (HGS) she supports hazardous and contaminated land cleanup programs across the U.S. states and islands to maintain the protection of human health and the environment. 

She held a prior position as Director of Government Relations at the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality where she served as State Trustee for Natural Resources. Earlier, she worked for two years in West Africa as a Political Affairs Officer at the United Nations Mission in Liberia in support of environment and energy legislation.

Tracey holds an undergraduate degree from North Carolina A&T State University and a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver.
